ALIVE celebrates Romero’s legacy at the Edinburgh Fringe

With the recent sad news that George A. Romero has passed away, Modern Robot’s original take on his zombie classic at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe is a chance to celebrate his iconic legacy. ALIVE: Music for Night of the Living Dead sees edited screenings of Romero’s bleak cult horror movie treated to tense and disturbing live scoring at ZOO Venues this August.

Musicians and chorus wanted: Sasquatch, The Opera

Roddy Bottum (film composer and founding member of rock group Faith No More) is debuting a new, experimental work, Sasquatch, The Opera, at the Edinburgh Fringe this year. Produced by Civil Disobedience, it will be playing a full run at Summerhall this August and we're currently casting for musicians and chorus members.
