In many ways 2019 was our best season yet! We’ve pulled together a wee infographic (see below) highlighting some of our key achievements during this festival, and we’ve also listed all the shows and events we worked across underneath it.
Though working on less projects than previous Fringes, we had a very busy month, getting some great results for the varied and brilliant portfolio of artists we partnered with, plus some big wins for us and our show Jock Tamson’s Bairns (renamed Try Slaying as of September 2019).

DEBATE SERIES: Pick Up A Brick
To mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising in New York City, Civil Disobedience has partnered with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society to create three public provocations and an ambitious LGBTQ+ mixer that aims to be the biggest toast in the city, all celebrating the past and looking to the future. Part of the Fringe Central programme in August, these events are designed for Fringe participants, but open to the public.
